Since day first Mudra loan has become the most popular scheme of Modi govt. Because of technology & mobility, everyone wants the mudra loan online application form to fill instantly & know more about it.

When the Modi govt had launched the scheme, all were happy and they will get a collateral free loan for business starting business & expansion. People thought that the govt will launch MUDRA Bank for MUDRA loan but the govt had authorized to SIDDHI to design policy for MUDRA Loan and authorized all Nationalize bank and financial institutes to issue MUDRA Loan. We designed the mudrabank.com so that we would provide you correct information about the process and procedure.

After the launch of Mudrabank.com, we had started to receive several complaints that banks were not accepting the request for MUDRA Loan & surprising the complaints against banks were increasing day by day. We were receiving complaints like banks not accepting loan request, delaying application, not providing loan form, demanding money, our quota had fulfilled, our branch had not authorized for mudra loan etc.



It was a really serious matter because banks were not following the policy & it was damaging the center’s image. We aware that bank had rights to deny loan application but before denying they had to follow some process first.

On our request center govt. & bank had issued some guidelines on it but the flow of complaints had not stopped. People were commenting about center govt. & we were sending all comments to Ministry of Finance for action.

We followed the same process till one month & when we were never gotten any positive changes & response from there. We planned to design one loan application form so that you can apply for mudra loan online and we can send the same form to concern bank officials so that they could send it to concern branch for action.

Now thousands of people have applied for mudra loan online and we are forwarding the same to concern bank officials to take prompt action. After launch, we received several positive comments because banks were responding with TAT.

    I have visited my pnb bank 3 times for the same but at the last my bank forbad to provide loan just because visit problem in my locality they said apply nearest branch if i am having my acc in this branch for last many years why i should apply in another, I just think it is not a valid reason to reject.

    4.महोदय जी 25 सितम्बर से 2 अक्टुबर २०१५ तक मुद्रा योजना का मेगा शिविर पुरे प्रदेश मे चल रहा था। उक्त अवधि में भी मुद्रा योजना के संबंध में शाखा प्रबंधक गिरिश खांड्वे से संपर्क किया गया
    5.महोदय जी प्रबंधक व्दारा मुद्रा योजना कि जानकारी देने की बजाय जिला व्यायपार एवं उधोग केन्द्र बालाघाट दे मुख्यमंत्री स्वजरोजगार योजना का 1.50000 एक लाख पचास हजार का प्रकरण बनवा कर लाने कहा गया।
    6.महोदय जी मेरा का खाता क्र, शाखा हटटा मे (2001791030013322) है। महोदय जी मै आहत हो कर बैकिंग लोकपाल भोपाल को दिनांक २८/०८/२०१५ को शिकायत किया शिकायत सं.१०७२ एस २०१५/१६ दिया गया यह कि दिनांक 14/10/2015 को प्रकरण बनवाकर शाखा प्रबंधक गिरिश खांड्वे हटटा के पास गया किन्तु प्रबंधक व्दारा प्रकरण मुझे वापस कर दिया महोदय जी सभी बैंक की शिकायत हेतु टोल फ्री नं.१८००२३३४०३५ पर दिनांक 06/११/२०१५ को शिकायत दर्ज किया महोदय जी जन सुनवाई कलेक्टर बालाघाट को बैंक मैनेजर गिरीश खान्ड़वे के विरुद्ध दिनाँक १३/११/२०१५ शिकायत की गई शिकायत सं.१३३३४ है
    7.जिसके बाद मैनेजर के व्दारा मुझे 16/11/2015 को नई कवोरिंग जिला व्यापार एवं उधोग केंद्र से बनवाकर रजिस्ट्री कर के भेजने कहा गया जिसके पस्चात मुझे बेबाकी प्रमाण पत्र दिया एवं भुमि बंधक कराके एवं वेल्युवेसन कराने कहा गया महोदय जी सारेवोरिज्न्ल दस्तावेज 22/02/2016 को देने के बावजुद मुझे मानसिक रुप से परेशान किया जा रहा है। एवं लोन देने के बदले 30 हजार रु शाखा प्रबंधक गिरिश खांड्वे के व्दारा मागा जा रहा है एव महोदय जी जन सुनवाई कलेक्टर बालाघाट को बैंक मैनेजर गिरीश खान्ड़वे के विरुद्ध १२/०४/२०१६ को भी शिकायत की गई शिकायत सं.१६१९७ है
    । अत: महोदय जी उक्त समस्यो को ध्यान में रखकर यथाशीघ्र उचित कार्यवाही

    My name is Mrs.Sangeetha Narayanan. I am a graduate. I am doing retail business of unstitched dress material’s for two years from home. I wanted to expand my business and do wholesale and retail business from home at present as I am from a middle class family. I do not have much facility to open a shop as my husband is a government employee. I registered my company name in MSME online. When I approached the banks they did not accept the online registration of MSME 8nspite of me telling them that it is done only through online nowadys. Then I approached India filings for the loan through which I have done my online registration for MSME. I had to pay for it. I paid for all the registrations from my personal savings. I wanted to apply for VAT also but I did not have much savings for that so I thought I shall approach for a loan. For preparing a report to submit to the bank, for making seals etc.and to order for the materials my travel expenses etc. I spent about 22000. As I told you I am from a middle class family I had to suffer a lot. Then after discussing with some of my friends they said that PM’s Mudra Loan is the best way for you to startup the business. Really it was very encouraging for me as I was very very upset. Then I approached Punjab National Bank, West Mambalam branch for the loan. First he refused to give then after my repeated approach to him he agreed to give me 2 lakhs loan. He released one lakh but he gave me this loan on one condition that I should start a FD of one Lakh. But Sir, if I have that one lakh I can do lots. The 9ne lakh which I had taken from the bank was over as I had given to some friends from whom I had taken loan to buy the stocks. I could invest 1 lakh for FD so my second one lakh is stuck with the bank. Also I had applied for debit card and Internet banking so that my transactions will be done easily through my current account but that also is still pending. I am facing lot of problems and I do not know what will happen to my income tax as all the transactions r done through my personal account. Actually my aim is to help women of India to develop their small business.

    Sir, kindly help me, I will be really great full to you. Now I think 2 lakh is not enough. At least I will be requiring 3 to 4 lakh too.
